We received a gift certificate for a spa program at this property, but due to pandemic closures, we were unable to use it for about two years. When we tried to book after the reopening, we were told that the voucher had expired. It was disappointing not to be able to take advantage of the gift. We hoped that the management would find a compromise, perhaps by letting us add a small fee to the gift voucher (if perhaps the prices had increased in the meantime) but I never expected this response also because the gift voucher was paid for and never used. There are other structures that have much more respect for the customer.

We had booked a stay as a gift for a couple. The problem is that immediately afterwards there were two years of Covid and the coupon was inevitably not used. Once the health emergency was over we tried to ask if it was possible to be kind enough to use it, but to no avail. In the meantime, they pocketed the money, it wasn't something free, we paid for the service, so I don't understand what it cost them to give us the chance to benefit from it. Never mind, by doing so you have lost customers forever.
